These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kenaz AI websites, documentation, demos, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are

2) Scope
These Terms apply to the public website, downloadable resources, demos (including HuggingFace Spaces), and consulting engagements referenced on the site. Some enterprise engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement (which prevails in case of conflict).
3) Acceptable use
- No misuse of the Services (e.g., illegal content, malware, scraping where disallowed, or attempts to bypass security).
- No infringement of third‑party rights (privacy, IP, publicity).
- No use of demo agents for production purposes without our written consent.
4) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable laws (including GDPR). By using the Services, you acknowledge our privacy practices.
5) Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, diagrams, code samples) is owned by Kenaz GmbH or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute except as expressly permitted. Client deliverables produced under a separate SOW are governed by that SOW.
6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenaz GmbH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed CHF 1,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7) Compliance & export
You must comply with applicable laws (including EU/US export controls and sanctions) when using the Services. Where Services involve health or personal data, you remain the data controller and are responsible for lawful basis and notices to data subjects.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
9) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive venue is the competent courts of the Canton of Zug (Baar), Switzerland.
